Act as a strategic advisor to sales leadership and frontline teams in this Revenue Operations Business Partner role. Designed to drive and optimize revenue acquisition efforts, this position is an integral part of the broader Corporate Strategy and Operations team and supports Procore's continued revenue growth trajectory. Success in this role hinges upon identifying critical business needs, driving measurable outcomes, and building excellent rapport with the sales, revenue operations, systems, and enablement teams. This role reports directly to the Director, Revenue Operations Business Partners for SMB and Commercial and can be based remotely anywhere in the US.

Responsible for driving the efficiency and effectiveness of Deel’s sales team by optimizing processes, tools, and systems that support revenue generation. Pivotal role in enhancing sales performance through data-driven insights, process improvements, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to ensure the sales organization operates at its full potential.

Focus in Customer Success Performance Analysis, reporting on key metrics through CS Operational tools. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Google Sheets to provide actionable insights for Value Services leadership. Serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert providing strategic insights and recommendations, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine operational processes.

Support the measurement of the GTM organization by selecting measures, ensuring systems & workflows are set up to get data, and delivering insights to drive action, partnering with Sales Leadership, Marketing Operations, Data Science, and GTM Applications, supporting decision making, process design, and GTM’s effectiveness through data analytics, insights, content production, project management, and cross-functional partnership.

Responsible for developing and leading strategic sales planning processes aimed at enhancing revenue performance and distributor sell-through. This role involves collaborating with sales leadership to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and forecasting tools, managing pipeline and broker collaborations, and integrating commercial data for informed decision-making. Additionally, the director will optimize the Salesforce system for efficiency.

You will be at the center of supporting Sales and Marketing teams by resolving operations tickets in our Jira queue and maintaining the lead routing framework critical to our business processes. As a trusted partner to stakeholders, you will troubleshoot and resolve routing issues, monitor fallout, and ensure that every lead is handled efficiently and accurately. Your expertise will directly shape the success of our sales workflow.

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations & Enablement Intern to support our growing sales team. You’ll gain hands-on experience at the intersection of sales, data, and strategy —learning how to optimize sales processes, uncover performance insights, and enable teams with the tools they need to succeed. High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time Sales Analyst role after the program.
